This policy explains what personal data Shop Tattitude collects and how we use it. Last updated: October 13, 2026.
What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional) and the items you buy.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider (PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) in server logs, kept for security.
- Checkout details you type before paying: when you enter your email, name, phone or address on the checkout page, we save them together with the items in your cart, even if you do not finish the order.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order: we share your name, address and phone with our fulfilment partner and the shipping carrier.
- To send order and shipping emails.
- If you leave checkout without paying, to send you a reminder about your cart (every reminder has an unsubscribe link). Unfinished checkout details are deleted after 90 days.
- To send newsletters and offers only if you tick “Email me new kits and offers”; you can unsubscribe at any time. With that consent we may also use your email, in hashed form, to show you our ads on platforms such as Google, Meta or Pinterest.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.
- Cart and checkout. Cookies that keep your cart and session working (for example
woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_*). They are needed for the store to work. - Order source. When you browse the store, first-party cookies starting with
sbjs_note how you arrived (for example from Google or Pinterest) and how many pages you viewed in that visit. If you place an order, this is saved with the order so we can see which free channels work. It is not shared with anyone. - Payment. On the checkout page, PayPal may set its own cookies to process your payment securely; see PayPal’s privacy statement.
Personalized recommendations (stored only on your device)
To show “Recently viewed”, “Picked for you” and “You may also like”, our website saves a small list of the products and product themes you looked at, items you added to your cart, and the site that referred you (for example “Pinterest”) in your browser’s local storage under the name tt_prefs. This information never leaves your device: it is not sent to our servers, not linked to your name or email, and not shared with anyone. It is deleted automatically after 90 days without a visit. You can delete it and turn this feature off at any time with Clear my browsing (also in the site footer), or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
