Damaged, missing or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — you do not need to send anything back.
Lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 30 days, contact us and we will reship or refund.
Change of mind
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price once the return arrives.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
